"Works great in the Texas heat. I have been using cooling neck wraps for years and my old ones finally wore out so it was time for a change. I bought some of the cheaper wraps but they were very disappointing. They didn't have nearly enough of the absorbent gel in them and they would dry out too fast. I threw them out and bought three KOOLGATOR wraps and they are fantastic. They have a lot of absorbent gel in them and they soak up water way faster than the cheap ones. It definitely pays to spend a little more to get a quality product."

"I am an avid daily walker. I walk for miles. I get home and my clothes would be soaked from sweat. I saw these and purchased three different patterns. Pulled them out of the bag, thin flat material and hardly anything in them. I thought this will never be any good. To my amazement they worked excellent! Follow the instructions by placing one in cool water (I throw in 2 ice cubes) for five minutes, remove and spread the beads around, place back into water for ten minutes and ready to go. If I am not ready to walk I put it in the refrigerator and it stays cold and ready. I walked my miles then worked out for one hour and it kept me cool. You will have to adjust a few times. Your shirt will get a little wet. No big deal for the benefit you will get. The Flame design is my favorite. Highly recommend."

"When I first opened the package, I was disappointed. The product is completely flat with what feel like just a few beads compared to other products I have used. I thought “Why bother putting them in at all? There are not enough to matter”. I decided to drop them in water and give them a try. I was extremely surprised at how “plump” it got! Works great! The snap makes them easy to put on and off, as well as move around to keep cool. On the other hand I can tie the ends then snap for a tighter fit if I don’t want it to bounce around in active sports. Overall, I would recommend and would buy again."

"Best Quality and great company. I love it. It has a fastening button so my little son can wear it and it won't fall off. It is well made and just looks fun. I will be ordering more for my deployment. I was issued something similar a while back in the military and it did not last long, it felt flimsy and did not have the button to fasten it. I am happy this neck cooler and with my purchase and I do recommend this. Also I had to contact the seller because USPS didn't deliver it on a rainy day. "A godsend during an excruciating hot summer. I got this during summer 2023, which is breaking heat records around the country. Average temps these days are 104 to 106 F. I don't handle heat well, and after two serious incidents of heat exhaustion, have been terrified of having to run errands in this heat. This item was easy to use and really helped me manage my body temperature to a bearable level. I presoaked in ice water, then took another buyer's advice and kept it in a thermos till I needed to get outside. I like that you can flip it over and turn it around every so often, so that as your body warms an area, you can apply a different section that's still cool, or has cooled off. It kept my temperature under control for a good four or five hours."

"This product saved my summer. Being from New Mexico, I get a lot of hot summers, but this past summer was very, very warm for the area, and a lot suffered for it.
